Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products (including personalized engravings, tumblers, and fabric accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is carefully crafted and checked for quality before shipment. Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

 

Problem with Your Order?

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival—such as damage during shipping, a defect, or an error with your personalization—please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We request that you include photos of the item and the packaging so we can assess the issue and work quickly to find a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.

 

Cancellations

 

We are happy to accept cancellation requests within 24 of purchase. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
