Orders & Processing

How long does it take to make my order?

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to ship. Items that are already finished ship on the shorter end. Many pieces are made to order by hand after you buy, and those can take up to 4 weeks.

What is the holiday order deadline?

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place all holiday orders by Saturday, December 5. Need a gift after that? An EnTyre Creations gift card is delivered by email, so it works even at the last minute.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once we've started making your item, we can't guarantee a cancellation.

Personalized & Custom Items

How do I personalize an item?

On personalized products, like the Treats for Santa tray and custom engraved trinket tray, add the name, initials or short phrase you'd like engraved when you place your order. Please double-check spelling, since engraving is permanent.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

US orders of $75 or more ship free with Economy shipping. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and the speed you choose, starting at $4.90 for Economy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to more than 25 countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where are you located?

EnTyre Creations is a small, handmade business based in Shawnee, Kansas, in the Kansas City area. You can also find us at local craft fairs and markets in Kansas. Follow us on Instagram for upcoming market dates.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade and often personalized, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please review descriptions, dimensions and personalization details before ordering, and feel free to email us with any questions first.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Product Questions

Will my book fit in a quilted book sleeve?

Our quilted book sleeves come in two sizes. Medium fits standard 6 x 9 inch trade paperbacks, mass market paperbacks and smaller hardcovers. Large fits standard US hardcovers and thicker special editions. The front pocket holds a Kindle, Kobo or similar e-reader.

How do I care for my tumbler or glass can?

Hand wash only. Our tumblers and glass cans are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand washing keeps the design looking its best.

How do I care for fabric items like pouches, wallets and book sleeves?

Each listing includes care instructions for that item. Spot cleaning or gentle hand washing is the safest way to keep the fabric and quilting looking new.

Are your products really handmade?

Yes! Every item is made by Megan, the maker behind EnTyre Creations. The quilted bags and book sleeves are sewn by hand, coasters and trays are laser engraved, and tumblers and tees are designed and printed in our home studio. You can watch the process on our YouTube channel.
